Better decisions where product meets the store.

I help retailers, founders and product teams untangle the systems behind the customer experience - from inventory and checkout to loyalty, delivery and AI.

THE THROUGH-LINE

Shop floor judgment. Enterprise product depth. AI only where the work earns it.

The problems I work on

Technology matters when it changes what happens on the floor.

A missed stock position, a failed payment, a loyalty offer that never reaches the right person - these are not isolated software bugs. They are decisions made across disconnected teams and systems.

I look at the operating reality first, then the product architecture and the path to implementation.

A different starting point

I have carried the store risk, not only drawn the roadmap.

I began as a convenience-store owner-operator in Australia. Later I worked across store systems, commerce platforms and product leadership. That combination changes the questions I ask: Who owns the exception? What happens at the till? How will the team know it worked?
