I ran a franchised convenience store in Australia. Inventory, payroll, customer expectations and compliance were not abstractions. I carried the consequences.
Across 21+ years, I moved through POS and store-system architecture, retail platforms and product leadership, then into commerce and generative AI strategy. My experience spans inventory, payments, master data, merchandising, loyalty, delivery, new formats and the operating changes behind them.
Most recently, I was an Associate Product Director at Brillio. Before that I worked in product and commerce roles at a medium-scale, product-based company based out of Dallas and Coimbatore and at Blue Yonder, among others. Today I advise, mentor and explore the next product leadership challenge.
